Franklin & Prokopik is recruiting for a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal for an opening in our downtown Baltimore office.
Preference will be given to those with a minimum of 2 years experience as a paralegal. Must have experience with sending subpoenas and trial preparation. Exposure to obtaining medical records, writing medical summaries, analyzing and investigating claims, billable hours, and Time Matters or other case management software is highly desired.

Students and career professionals are encouraged to apply. F&P Paralegal positions are excellent opportunities for confident, professional self-starters of varying experience and education levels to advance their litigation and case management skills. Openings are available in various practice areas, and our ideal candidates for these relied-upon positions will enjoy litigation, strategy, and/or claims management; mastering pleadings and other legal documents; learning and implementing legal processes; working independently; and being trusted with hands-on responsibility.
