Notice for Solo Practitioners

The Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission is now requesting all solo attorneys (Claimant and Defense Counsel) to file a solo practitioner designation in CompHub in an attempt to prevent hearings from being set in at multiple locations on the same day. With this change, the number of conflicts and postponements should be reduced. Exceptions for two hearings in different locations will still remain in effect for hearings set in Baltimore and Beltsville or Baltimore and Abingdon.
