2025 Maryland and D.C. Workers’ Compensation Rates

The Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission and the District of Columbia’s Office of Workers’ Compensation have released new compensation rates for the year of 2025.

Maryland

Please note that the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission announced that the COLA increase for perm-total cases is 3.11% for this year.

District of Columbia

Please note that the supplemental allowance for 2025 is 2.70%, subject to the 5% cap on increases as applicable.
