Workplace Bullies and How to Cope with Them: The issue of bullying continues to rear its ugly head in all forms and in all places, work included. Recent legislative initiatives strongly suggest that bullying at work will eventually become actionable if it is not already. Learn about the different types of workplace bullying, proper ways to deal with these issues, and ways to train employees to recognize and deal with this sensitive issue. – Sarah Lemmert

We will survey the landscape of recent legislative and regulatory trends, touching on Maryland’s new non-compete law, the new overtime requirements, drugs at work, and other problems that you encounter.
