Counsel Sarah Lemmert Appointed Co-Chair of Maryland Defense Counsel Subcommittee

Franklin & Prokopik counsel, Sarah Lemmert, has recently been appointed to the Workers’ Compensation Subcommittee of the Maryland Defense Counsel, Inc (MDC). The MDC strives to bridge the gap between employers and insurers and the Workers’ Compensation Committee, helping them to effectively communicate their issues to the commission and the legislature.  The committee meets each month to review recent cases, and proposed rule or procedural changes at the commission.
