Experience
William (Skip) Crawford, an experienced trial attorney, and F&P Principal since 2006, and heads the firm’s Newark, DE office. He represents clients in State and Federal Courts across Maryland and Delaware. Skip focuses his practice on a broad range of litigation matters, including complex civil disputes, liability defense cases, and workers’ compensation claims. He routinely advises employers, insurers, and third-party administrators on claim evaluation, risk management, and litigation strategy.
Skip takes a hands-on approach to trial preparation and courtroom advocacy. This includes assessing risk, anticipating challenges, and providing clear, results-oriented counsel from pre-litigation through resolution for clients.
While in law school, Skip served as a teaching assistant to Professor Richard Boldt and supervised students in the clinical law program, further developing his passion for legal mentorship.
