Experience
Taylor Hoffman concentrates her litigation practice primarily in Workers’ Compensation Defense. Prior to joining F&P, Taylor gained experience working in health law at the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Departmental Appeals Board. Taylor also gained experience working in Employment Law, where she focused on employment discrimination and harassment cases. She is an active member of the Virginia State Bar Association.
During law school, Taylor was a Student Attorney who interned for the Missouri State Public Defender’s office and was a judicial extern for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. She actively participated in Trial Advocacy and Moot Court. Taylor also served as Co-President of the Women Law Student’s Association and Philanthropy & Wellness chair for the Student Bar Association.
Activities
Taylor was born and raised in the Midwest, having lived in Minnesota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, and Indiana. After graduating law school, she finally fulfilled her long-term dream of living on the east coast! Taylor loves to read, needlepoint, cook, and spend time outside. Her and her fiancé have three dogs, Keetna the Husky, Piper the Golden Retriever, and Franklin the Fawn Pug.
