Experience
Steven Shaffer has over thirty years of law firm administration and management experience. He is an original employee of Franklin & Prokopik, having set up the firm from an operational standpoint in June 1999. As the Firm Administrator, he oversees the business operations of the firm and supervises the areas of finance, personnel, benefits, physical facilities, and general administration.
Activities
Steve is an active member of both the national and local chapters of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and is the Past President of the Association of Legal Administrators – Maryland Chapter.
