Experience
Jessica Pupkin concentrates her litigation practice primarily in the area of liability defense. She has represented clients in a variety of civil litigation matters including accident/injury/tort claims. Jessica has always been passionate about a career in litigation, however, she knew she wanted to focus her career in civil defense after clerking for the Honorable John S. Nugent in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
During law school, Jessica served as the Emerging Issues Editor for the University of Baltimore Journal of International Law. Also during law school, Jessica was a judicial intern to the Honorable Cynthia H. Jones in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and an active member of the Women’s Bar Association.

Activities
Jessica is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, as well as the Baltimore City Bar Association. Being a Syracuse graduate and a Baltimore native, she is passionate about all things orange and an avid Ravens fan. In her spare time, Jessica can be found exploring the city with friends and family or hiking around Maryland. She also enjoys cooking, playing the drums, and reading a good book.
