Experience
Henry joined Franklin & Prokopik as an associate in August of 2024. He concentrates his litigation practice in liability defense and is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Before joining Franklin & Prokopik, Henry worked as a litigation associate at a law firm in Rockville, Maryland, where he represented clients in a diverse range of civil matters before courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Henry earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of South Carolina in 2017. In 2021, Henry earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis Carey School of Law. During law school, Henry served as an Articles Editor for the law school’s Journal of Healthcare Law and Policy. As a third-year law student, Henry also provided mentorship for first-year law students as a peer advisor. Following law school, Henry served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Paul J. Hanley in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
Activities
Henry is a devoted Baltimore sports fan. In his free time, he enjoys spending as much time as possible with friends and family.
