Experience
Bryce Gartner concentrates his litigation practice primarily in workers’ compensation defense. Prior to joining F&P Bryce gained experience in workers’ compensation claimant litigation, by assisting claimants with filing their workers’ compensation claim and advising them throughout the workers’ compensation process. Bryce also gained experience working in tax law, with a focus on offers in compromise, installment agreements, penalty abatement, and interest abatement.
During law school, Bryce served as an executive officer for the Business and Tax Law Association. For the Business and Tax Law Association, Bryce served as President during the 2022-2023 school year and Vice-President during the 2023-2024 school year. Also during law school, Bryce participated in the Low Income Taxpayer’s Clinic where he assisted taxpayers with their tax liabilities in front of the IRS and Maryland Comptroller.
Activities
Bryce is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association. He also serves as a Candy Booth Chairman for the Devon Horse Show and Country Fair. Bryce grew up in Paoli Pennsylvania, outside of Philadelphia. In his spare time, Bryce enjoys playing kickball and taking care of his plants and animals.
