Firm Qualifications

We have filed complaints with the Maryland Insurance Administration on behalf of certain corporate clients, setting forth the specific basis for relief, whether such complaints pertain to improper notice, criteria for cancellation, etc. We have similarly represented insurers in responding to such complaints filed by their insureds, helping them to demonstrate that their policies and procedures are proper and compliant with the applicable regulations.

Such insurer representation at times involves interaction with other regulatory authorities and processes. For example, we have assisted clients in addressing issues raised by the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration regarding financial responsibility, registration, and other requirements.
