Franklin & Prokopik is proud that our firm has achieved Diversity Lab’s Mansfield Certification Plus 2023-2024. The Mansfield Rule diversifies leadership in law firms by increasing the representation of historically underrepresented lawyers. The “Plus” designation indicates that the firm has not only taken steps to increase inclusivity but has also made measured progress in doing so. We have agreed to pursue Mansfield re-certification for 2024-2025 and have an active DEI Committee and DEI Taskforce working hard to achieve future goals.
Strong female representation is also an attribute F&P has prided itself on since the firm’s inception. Law360 annually recognizes the firms that are making efforts to close the gender gap. In the most recent study, F&P ranked 13th for firms employing 100 or fewer attorneys. This was in part due to our female representation highly exceeding the national average at both the equity and non-equity partner levels.
